Technician on a step ladder replacing a ceiling light fitting

Lighting maintenance in Singapore

Failed lighting is the most common thing we get called for, and the cheapest fault to leave too long. One dead tube is a minor annoyance. A row of them over a shop display or a bank of desks changes how the whole space reads.

We handle lighting across the property rather than one fitting at a time: replacing what has failed, changing lamps that are close to it, and switching to LED where the running cost and the callout frequency justify it.

What matters on this job

01

Bulk replacement beats one at a time

Lamps installed together tend to fail together. Once a few in a run have gone, changing the rest in the same visit costs far less than a separate callout for each one over the following months.

02

Matching colour temperature

Replacing fittings piecemeal over years is how a corridor ends up with three different shades of white. We match what is already there, or tell you when it is worth changing the whole run to be consistent.

03

Access is most of the job

High ceilings, atriums, and fittings over stairwells need the right access equipment. That is usually why a fitting has been left dead for months rather than any difficulty with the work itself.

04

Where LED pays and where it does not

For lighting that runs long hours, the switch pays for itself in running cost and in visits saved. For a fitting used twenty minutes a day, it does not, and we will say so.

Common questions

Can you replace lighting across a whole property in one visit?
Yes, and that is usually the sensible way to do it. We survey what is installed, quote for the lot, and change them in one visit rather than returning each time another one fails.
Do you supply the lamps and fittings?
We can, or we fit what you have already bought. Materials are quoted separately from labour so you can see both.
Can you work outside opening hours?
Yes. Lighting work over a shop floor, dining room, or office is normally done before opening or after close.
