- Do you take small jobs?
- Yes, though a single very small job can be poor value once travel is priced in. If you have a list, it is worth doing it in one visit.
- Do you work on HDB flats as well as condos and landed homes?
- Yes, all three. Where a condo or HDB requires permits or management approval for the work, that needs sorting before we start and we will tell you when it applies.
- Can you help before I move in or rent out?
- That is one of the better times to do it. An empty property means we can work through everything at once with no need to work around you.
