MAOYAPTE LTD

Retail shop maintenance in Singapore

In retail the space is the sales pitch. A dead spotlight over a display, a scuffed fitting room wall, or a shopfront that looks tired all cost you attention from people walking past.

Maoya keeps the store in the condition it was fitted out to be in, working outside trading hours so nothing gets in the way of selling.

What we get called for

Display and track lighting

Spots and track fittings that have failed or drifted out of aim. Display lighting is the fastest thing to notice and the easiest to leave too long.

Fitting rooms

Mirrors, hooks, doors, curtains, and the wall damage that comes from constant use in a small space.

Shopfront make-good

Paint, panels, and trims at the front of the store, where wear is most visible to people who have not come in yet.

Flooring and tiles

Cracked and lifted tiles on the shop floor, which are both a hazard and a signal that the space is not being looked after.

Fixtures and shelving

Wall-mounted units, shelving, and signage that have worked loose and need refixing properly.

Common questions

Can you work while we are closed?
Yes, and for most retail work that is what we would suggest. We agree the access arrangement with you or with mall management before the visit.
Do you handle multiple stores?
Yes. If you run several outlets, putting them on one cycle is usually cheaper per store than treating each as a separate callout.
Can you do unit reinstatement when we move out?
Yes. Stripping fixtures, patching, and making the unit good for handback is regular work for us, and it is worth scoping early.
