Handyman services in Singapore
Every property builds a list of jobs too small to justify calling anyone: a door that sticks, a closer that slams, a shelf that needs mounting, a fitting that has worked loose. Individually none of them are worth a callout, which is exactly why they never get done.
We clear the whole list in one visit. That is the entire proposition, and it is usually the cheapest way to deal with small repairs because the travel and setup is spread across all of them.
What matters on this job
Send the list, not one job
One small job priced on its own looks expensive, because most of the cost is getting there. Five jobs in one visit is where this becomes good value.
Doors are the most common item
Sticking doors, closers that slam, and locks that need lifting to turn. All quick to adjust, all irritating every single day until someone does.
Mounting into the right thing
Anything heavy going onto a wall needs to be fixed into something that will hold it. Drywall with the wrong fixing is how shelves come down with the plasterboard attached.
Knowing when it is not a small job
Occasionally a small job turns out to be a symptom of something larger. We will tell you when that is the case instead of doing the quick version and leaving.
Where we do this work
Common questions
- Is there a minimum charge?
- A single very small job carries most of the cost of getting there, so it can look poor value on its own. If you have a list, one visit covers all of it and the economics work much better.
- Do you take both commercial and home jobs?
- Yes. The work is much the same, though commercial jobs are more often scheduled outside operating hours.
- What if you find something bigger?
- We stop, tell you what we have found, and quote it separately. Nothing larger gets done on the spot without you agreeing to it.
